Trubyville Roving Reporter - Alex #14

This is a lazy Thruday in Mrs. Truby's room. A day before Winter Break...........
When I arrived at school I went directly up stairs because I saw my class was not in their normal line. As I was walking up the stairs I was pondering about fractions, getting ready for this test over chapter 4. Once I arrived at the top of the stairs I unpack and walked into the room. I had my binder in my hand and was ready to get started on my morning work, which was setting on my desk as normal. I unpacked my binder and was settled in my chair. Waiting on the annouments, I started on the morning work because I didn't enjoy having homework the night of a basketball game. I got most of the page done before the annoument, but when they came on I stood respectfully say the Pledge Of Allegiance. I went directly back to my morning work. Mrs. Truby gave me plenty of time to finish.
We went to the fractions test for math. Mrs. Truby let us study a little by giving us some helpful reminders and questions to work out. Even though I enjoy math Lest Common Multiples (LCM) are difficult, so I studied the night before. Feeling confident about the test and my grade I used my time wisely and settled in again with my DOG and DOA. Finishing both one of my class mates bought an extra recess with coupons.
Recess was fun playing in the slushy and icy snow. Most of the time, I talked, played some volleyball, and played with snow. After 20 minutes, Mrs.T. blew the whistle and that told us all we have Science Lab.
Learning about the scientific method is difficult for me because science is not one of those subjects that come easy to me. The experiment we worked on was to see if a rubber band's elasiticity or the gummi worms elasiticity would fit back into place better. My hypothesis was that a rubber band's elasiticity was more than the gummi worms. After science we went back to the room.
We graded papers and than Mrs. T. had us get with a partner and solve each others problems. My partner was Casey. He asked," Alex, do you understand why this would be this answer." My respons was," yes."
We went to lunch and I set by my friend. Joseph was funny at lunch. Mostly because he was sitting by Nick. We had indoor recess but during this time Mckenzie and I were running place to place with her camera doing the Spanish interrview. Brenden was play with a D.S. when I arrrived at the door. Usually we would go to band but the upper school was having some kind of testing. So only the Brass went today.
Once we settled back in the room we watched The Sound Of Music because it went with a book we just finished. We watched that and made reindeer ordianments. A quarter till 3:00 P.M. we went to the gym to sing Christmas Songs with my music teacher Mr. Dary. We sang and enjoyed the time before we went home.
This is an unusually Thrusday because we are usually moving most of the time, but this is how it turned out from beginning to end.
